We began our AI research journey together in 2018. Following the quotient to spend 20% of the worktime for whatever. In 2019, we achieved a successful proof of concept for improving product recommendations. Over the next two years, we overcame the challenges of visual search. Since 2023, the Viinn platform has been providing a suite of AI search, product discovery solutions, and a product data copilot.
